Q: If I decide to go for a specific trip with Investors In The Sun to view properties, what is the procedure once booked?
A: Our representatives will be at your destination airport to meet you one you have collected your bags and clear passport control. You will be driven to you place of stay, initially to settle, before choosing a time to be shown the pre-selected properties, along with any others that suit. Our representatives work on a strictly professional basis, and do not put pressure on you. They will be your guide for the duration of your trip and will return you for your flight home.
Q: If I have already booked myself a trip or holiday to my country of interest, how can I still get to view the properties?
A: We can arrange an appointment before you depart to meet with one of our representatives during your stay. We prefer, in these cases, to have a confirmed day and time before you leave, as making contact once you are at your destination can prove to be difficult.
Q: What is the next step if I see a property that I am interested to buy?
A: In most cases, a reservation fee of between £1,000 and £3,000 will remove the property from the market. This normally allows a 2-4 week period for sorting out any outstanding items.
